Service Description

Think pilates, pole fitness and yoga all mixed into one! This will help to enhance your mobility in day to day life as well as elongate your movements in your pole and aerial classes. Aswell as this yoga is a way of relieving stress mentally and physically. We here at Classique want to help you fall in love with your body and its movement, A detailed class filled with warm-ups, drills, exercises, and all my favourite tips + tricks for getting more flexible whether that is getting your splits or even a bendy back! Whether you can already do lots of bendy moves and want to take it further and learn new tricks or you’re a total beginner we will work at all levels.



Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking. We do not offer refunds we can only move you to the next available space. If the lesson is not cancelled in this time frame and we have not received payment, full payment is still required . Privacy Policy Photos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. You will be asked to fill in a par q form when booking your class to ask if you give permission or not.
