Liability Waiver

At Classique Dance Studios, we are committed to running safe, inclusive, and empowering classes. While we teach correct technique and offer full support, all physical activity carries inherent risks. By attending classes, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Classique Dance Studios is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during participation. You also confirm that you (or your child) are physically fit to take part and understand it is your responsibility to seek medical clearance if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We do not offer refunds but will transfer your booking to the next available session. If a class is not cancelled within this timeframe, full payment is still required.

Privacy & Data Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our website is hosted via Wix.com, which securely stores your data and payment information in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Photos may be taken in classes for promotional use — your consent will be requested via the booking form. We collect personal data only for service delivery, customer support, and legal compliance. For full details, please refer to our complete privacy policy or contact us.

Illness Policy

Students showing symptoms of illness within 24 hours of a class — including flu, persistent cough, vomiting, or diarrhoea — must not attend for the safety of all. Students who become unwell during a class will need to be collected immediately.

Behaviour Policy

We expect all students and guardians to:

  • Be respectful, responsible, and polite

  • Support others and maintain a positive attitude

  • Allow teachers to instruct without disruption

Disruptive behaviour may result in immediate dismissal from the studio without refund. Outstanding fees will still be due.

Zero Tolerance to Bullying

We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy on all forms of bullying. Any behaviour—verbal, physical, or emotional—that causes distress will be addressed immediately. If a student feels uncomfortable, they are encouraged to speak with a trusted staff member or designated peer support buddy.

Classique is a safe space for friendship, fun, and growth. We are proud to have maintained a bullying-free environment and are committed to keeping it that way.

Parent Viewing Policy

To reduce distractions and help students build confidence and independence, parents are not permitted to stay during class after the first session, unless invited for specific reasons.
