Service Description

A new type of therapy for all walks of life whatever size, age, ethnicity, gender, or sexuality. Pole dance has changed the lives of many individuals mentally and physical and is now on its way to become an Olympic sport; an incredible way of keeping fit. An exercise class with a mixture of dance, gymnastics and strength based moves performed on poles. We have four poles in our main studio space, all 9ft high with mirrors on the front and back of each to help whilst performing movements. There is so much to learn in pole, including tricks, spins, poses, flow, drops, transitional moves, inversions and combos. Pole Fitness is a full body workout, improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture as well as upper body and core strength. It’s amazing how quickly your body strengthens up over time!!



Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking. We do not offer refunds we can only move you to the next available space. If the lesson is not cancelled in this time frame and we have not received payment, full payment is still required . Privacy Policy Photos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. You will be asked to fill in a par q form when booking your class to ask if you give permission or not.
