Service Description

When partcipating in both POMSQUAD™ and POMSTRONG the class is discounted to £15! Join Jody with POMSTRONG. Combining POMSQUAD™ and resistance band workouts to condition and drill all of the motions. Inclusive, encouraging, and easy to follow, the classes are designed to strengthen and tone the body. Please make sure you bring a bottle of water and have suitable clean trainers. Payment is via cash or card at class. 4 week plan available- Purchase at your class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking. We do not offer refunds we can only move you to the next available space. If the lesson is not cancelled in this time frame and we have not received payment, full payment is still required . Privacy Policy Photos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. You will be asked to fill in a par q form when booking your class to ask if you give permission or not.
