Aerial chains is a new style of aerial in the industry. You will be exploring movement around 2 smooth chain loops. You will learn a selection of beautiful poses to put into a routine. There is progressions and regressions for all levels.

About the event

In this workshop you will be exploring movement using duo chain loops: how to flow your body around them and understand safety. You will learn a series of poses that can be put into a routine. At the end each student will have a go at joining what they have learnt together to create a beautiful flow.

Chains are similar to silks in the way of movement and wrapping.

Please be aware Bruising will occur due to the nature of this.

Please wear long sleeve top and leggings. We recommend leg warmers too.

The chains are specifically chosen for smoothness and size of the link to give as much comfort as possible.
